Black Saturday

Oh wow! Today has been the busiest day this season BY FAR! Oh wow, there were TONS of people everywhere in the store. We were backed up at Guest Service with 4 team members!

There were TONS of bitchy guests, but I can't remember all of them.

She freaked out on us because we aren't able to take checks written for over the amount anymore. She just kept bitching that there should be signs up and blah blah blah, and we told her they WERE signs up when the policy changed 2 MONTHS ago. She just kept bitching, and saying that they let her do it a week ago. Yeah, riiiiight. Our computers won't even let us do that. It's impossible.

There was this younger couple that wanted to pay on their Target card. They didn't have their card or their statement. I need one of those to process it and we have NO way of using our computer to look up cards. Do people want a random team member to have access to all of your information? I think not, but some people are total asses about it. Well, anyway I told them I needed one of the 2 things, and they totally flipped on me. They said we "were able to look it up last time they were here." WHAT THE FUCK!? It is IMPOSSIBLE to do that on my computer! Just because you say that someone did it before doesn't make the computer automatically able to do it! I fucking HATE it when people say 'Well I've done it here before.' That really fucking pisses me off!

I worked with Sara today. Damn she's a hoot! She threw away an abandoned mitten, and said, "Some little girl is going to have a cold right hand." Haha, we are supposed to log it and that's why it was so funny. She also pranked Food Ave, and was like, "I've been sitting at your drive-thru for a long time now, is someone going to be helping me soon?" We don't have a drive-thru! Hehe! And also she called electronics and asked if they had porn. Damn, she is one funny bitch. I told her to prank bakery and ask if they would make a loaf of bread in the shape of an ass, but she didn't.

Trashy Tracy quit or was fired, I don't know, but damn it'll be nice not seeing her trashy ass in GS.

Well, I picked up a shift tomorrow because they begged me, and I didn't have anything better to do. yes, I'm a loser, I have nothing better to do. Haha! Oh well, I open, and it is going to be VERY busy if today is any indicator.
