So Fun

Ok, so Heidi took Donna's shift on Saturday so she worked 8-3 and I worked 11-5. I love working with her. It makes time fly by, and we each hate people and don't put up with rudeness. Heidi could be more evil than I am. Haha!

There was this one woman who wanted an adjustment. Well, we need to have the actual receipt in our hands to do an adjustment. Well, she brings up the item she bought from the salesfloor. She didn't bring the actual one she bought, but the same thing from the floor. So we tell her she has to have her receipt. She wants us to look it up. Not possible for adjustments. She even told us to return it, and buy it back at the sale price. Nope, we can't do that. It is possible, but it's against our policy. So we again tell her we need her receipt, ans she tells us it's at home over an hour away. We tell her there's nothing we can do. That's when she yelled, "That's complete BULLSHIT!" And she walked away. As she was walking away, Heidi said, "Well that was rude!" The way she said it was hilarious. We both laughed at her after she left.

Nothing else funny happened that day. Sara was just talking to me and Heidi, and she said that Amber couldn't pronounce her last name, and thought that was impressive. Haha!

Well, I don't work until Wednesday, and I close GS, so unless something new develops, expect to hear something after that shift.

One if the best reatil services going is that a consumer can go into the store with just a piece of paper and get the sale price!!! Why can't people do even that little thing? Of course they need the receipt! I wish customers could hear how they talk to working people sometimes.
