Oh My Dear Lord!

Today 230-11 cashiering. Need I say more?

I was a breaker so it wasn't that bad. They had about 20 breakers today so it was easy to do nothing. It was actually fun meeting the newbies, and chatting it up with them. It was also good to talk with other friends that have been cashiering for a while.

It was a weird day. It was steady, yet busy. But we still got out right after 11, which is usually impossible for Black Friday. I guess we were just overstaffed, and it paid off. Now, that'll boost morale.

Wow. So many things to talk about today. Got up at 7 am to go shopping with my mom. Best Buy was crazy, it would've taken an hour just to wait in line. Then we went to Sears to get other gifts. Then we went home, but shortly after did some more errands. I am so tired because of all the things happening today. And I only got about a 5 minute nap in before work despite my best efforts.

While at work, I was tired and bored. For the first half of my shift, there were way too many breakers so I didn't get to do much. Then, I really had to step it up.

I saw Laura today. She said she'll be back for Christmas to work. It was so nice seeing her, and I don't know why. Actually I think I do...hehe! It'll be nice having her back in town.

Well, I get to open GS tomorrow. Oh boy! Well, at least I'll get to leave early, and not close. I think tomorrow will be busier than today.

Rude Guests: Not a big thing, just stupid Canadians. One made ME go get another dish towel. What the fuck!? Are your legs broken!? Oh, and of course, there was no thank you.

Higher Ups: Bitchy, bitchy, bitchy. I seriously got asked 12 times if I got any cards today, and nope of course I didn't. Lucy said, "Oh that's too bad." Yeah, ok bitch. Then, Sharon asked me and I said, "My name is ______, of course I didn't get any cards." Sharon said I was steady at getting cards, yet they always seem so disappointed in me. Haha, oh well. Then later Sharon and Krista came out of the GSTL office laughing, and so I say, "Are you making fun of me...........AGAIN?" They didn't say anything, but I heard Krista tell Sharon what I said. Oh well, who cares?

Co-workers: Ooph! Everyone was a blast! Scott told me he couldn't get over my comment when he said he was going to bring in a gun (he was kidding of course) and shoot people, and he told me he'd take me out first. I said, "You'd get a great team card for that!" He found that so funny, and still laughs at it to this day. That's fun. I think I provided comic relief today, which is fun. I'm like the smart-ass class clown of Target. But the thing I kept saying over and over was "I'm so tired." Because I am.

With that, I hope y'all have a great weekend, and I'll be on tomorrow bitching about Saturday. It's gonna be totally nuts.

And I'm out, and off to bed.
