Today Sucked!

Ah shit. Opening Guest Service really sucked. I bugged Maggie since 830 to get me the ad, so I could start working on it while it wasn't busy. But, no she forgot, and forgot, and forgot.

Ok first story: A guy comes up to GS, and ays there is an envelope with giftcards that he was supposed to pick up. So I searched where it would be, and it wasn't there. So I asked Maggie, and she never came over. So, I had Kelsey deal with it, and they didn't know what was going on, so we had him call his wife. And then after eceryone was up at GS, he said it was fucking paid and left. So I check the damn bin, and of course it was there. Then, Maggie bitched us out because we need to 'always stop calling her over there.' Ok, I see Krista gave you one of her plenty sticks to shove up your ass. What a bitch!

2nd: A woman comes up to GS, and she claims that what she bought at $8 was really $2.60. Riiight. So I ask toys, and they tell me that its $8 of course. So she starts arguing with me, and I just freaked on her and told her to go back to toys and discuss it with him. Later she comes back up, and returns what was the right price and bought something else. She still said it was mislabeled, and I just said whatever.

There was about 40 billion people that signed up for Target cards, and of course had to pay them off right after. They either handed me their receipt, or the temporary card. I need the Temp. card, but my computer doesn't tell me how much they owe. So when I ask how much they want to pay, everyone said, "All of it." Yeah, ok, but I can't read minds. Fucking retards.

Then there were these stupid Canadians that had a 10% off for Target.COM which can't be used at the store. Well they went on a rant about how they are Canadian, and they don't have a computer, and couldn't use it anyway. I told them they couldn't use it, and that they would have to just deal with it. But then Kelsey said they could use it just this once. Jesse bitched her out, and she later came back and apologized which was cool.

Pam was telling me about how Krista tried to get her fired, and then we all proceeded to shit-talk her. Tony said he like Krista, and we all pointed out that was because Krista always flirts with him, and he sucks up to her.

Well, that should be it for now. I don't work until Tuesday so it should be great up until that point.
