Whew!

Sorry for not posting in a while, but I haven't worked since Sunday, and do not work until Saturday. Woo Hoo! 5 days IN A ROW off! Damn, it must be my birthday!

So it was SO FUCKING BUSY on Sunday right when we opened. Why do people wait outside just to return something? It's not like we limit the amount of returns in one day. 'Oh sorry we just had our 100th return, and we can't do anymore today.' But then again people ARE retarded.

There was this one total bitch who came in on Sunday. She wanted to return a bra but didn't have a receipt. They tried looking the receipt up, but it didn't work, so we told her about our no receipt return policy. The bra was 11.99 so she had to exchange it for ONE ITEM in the lingerie department that was 11.99 or greater. Well, she brings back a bra thing for 7.99. We tell her we couldn't do that, and she flipped in all senses of the word. Here are a few things she bitched about:
-it was unfair
-she didn't have time to go look for another one
-she wanted us to charge her 11.99 for the new bra, can't do that.
-she was on a budget, and couldn't afford to get something 11.99 or greater that she really didn't want
-she wasn't going to shop at Target anymore
So, the LOD just kept telling her that she only had 2 options, follow our rules or leave. She took her stuff and charged out the doors. Holy crap, we all shit-talked her after she left. Good riddance!

This Saturday, I'm up in GS. It seems like every GSTM will be working that day. That will be my 1st time working with trashy Tracy, and if her or any other newbies in GS ttry to tell me what to do, I will put them in their place. I hate being bossed around by those who think they have power over me. Of course I listen to my actual bosses, but definitely not a bossy same-level TM.

On Sunday, I also snapped on Krista...again. Well, she just came up to GS and started rattling off things for us to do in a bitchy tone. Then she said, "Maybe (my name) wants to do returns." And I said, "Maybe not." It was really undeserved, but Jesse laughed his ass off. I later apologized (totally unlike me) and then she apologized also. So now she acts like she's my best friend, and no she isn't.

So, I'm looking forward to Saturday. I LOVE arguing with bitchy guests! So much fun!
