Training

Training was a joke. All we did was sit around, eat pizza, an dlook at the training books for 15 minutes. I still have no idea how I'm going to train cashiers because I've never done it before. Yeah, I'll read through the book, but if I don't know what's in there, how can I use it effectively? I doubt they will even have me train anyone.

My name wasn't even on the list to be a team trainer, but I repalced someone that couldn't do it. I've known for 2 weeks that I was a trainer and yet at the meeting they didn't know. Great communication, I know. Then they started telling us how proud we should be that we were hand picked to be trainers. Yeah, I definitely wasn't picked, but was only there because someone backed out. Nothing like an insult hidden in a compliment. Oh well, now it's my turn to impress the fuck outta them so that they think, "Jeez, we should have made them a team trainer sooner."

I also got my review last night. I'm now up to $8.30 and hour! That's great and all, but last year I got a 35 cent raise for not doing much, and this year I got another 35 cent raise and I have been going above and beyond with almost everything I do. It's pretty much impossible to get more than 35 cents per raise while you're at the front end. There is this whole thing where you get points for each task and at the end they all get added up to get your score. The best is Outstanding, followed by Excellent, Effective, Inconsistently Effective, and Unsatisfactory. Well, I scored Excellent in more than half of the categories, yet my overall score was in the Effective range. The only way to get an overall Excellent rating is to score Excellent in everything, and that's a bit unrealistic.

And I just my schedule for the 3rd week, and I have 32 fucking hours! That's a bit off from my max of 20 per week. I'm available 5 days a week, and that week I'm working all 5. And 2 of my shifts are cashiering. Uh, no we aren't starting this again. Of course the cashiering ones are 8.5 and 6.25 hrs while my GS ones are 6.5, 6, and 7. I think I'm going to pretty much demand to be ONLY at Guest Service from after Thanksgiving until January. None of this cashiering bullshit. Oh and the weekend in the 3rd week will be fucking busy because those fucking stupid piece of shit Canadians will be down here and last year the store was a complete MESS. And that's an understatement. Check the archives. The shoe department was trashed. More than half of the shoes were on the floor, and a TM that has been with the company for several years now said it has never looked that bad before. Sometimes murder should be legal. Haha, I'm just kidding. Don't go calling the feds on me.

I still think EVERYONE should have to work AT LEAST a year in retail. That way people would be considerate and the would know how to behave. It's sad that people don't know this, and that they are dealing with HUMANS and not pieces of shit, because that's what I get treated like sometimes. Well, I'm not the person to mess with in retail because I'm not afraid to 'fight' back. And I have my ways...

And now I'm off until Sunday because my friends and I are having a Target Halloween party, and I took the next few days off because I can.

Update

So after further investigation, I guess Karen IS my head cashier. I don't know when the fuck THAT changed, but I do know that I don't like it.

I am training to be a team trainer tomorrow, so that should be fun. And some of my favorite people at Target are also training, so that's a plus. We better get pizza because they did last year. They are gonna have to get someone to cover for me at GS because I work 430-close up there and training is from 6-730. I'm excited and nervous at the same time. It will be fine, it's only training. Haha, anyways after I talked to Sharon about it I was just standing at my lane and she said, "You better practice standing out if you're going to be a team trainer." I laughed. I was fucking tired that day, and it was relatively dead on the blueside.

Well, that's just my random update, I'll be back later to tell y'alls how training went. It should be interesting.

My Town Is Flooded...

WITH CANADIANS! It's disgusting, and thank god I don't work tomorrow. But I work Sunday, cashiering. Eew.

So anyway, I get this rude Canadian bitch. She was returning 4 air filters, but had a receipt with only 2 on them. The receipt was technically expired because it said Expires on 10/14, but it's clearly the 21st. Well the system allowed it, so I do the return for the 2 on the receipt. I tell her how much she's getting back, and she freaks out on me saying, "There's 4 of them! You only scanned 2!" I tell her I have to do them separately, but she doesn't listen. Normally I'm a nice person even when someone is being rude to me, but this bitch had gone too far. I basically yelled back, "There is 2 on the receipt! I can only return 2 with the receipt and the others I will do separately." I then asked for her driver's license to do the other 2. And yeah, normally I would run these items on one transaction, but she was rude AND Canadian. So I did 2 separate transactions so the bitch only has 1 left until 10/21/06. Haha, it pays to be nice.

So yeah, when I got to work today NOTHING was done. Donna and Kari were both there. Defectives were overflowing, the defectives to do bin was full, and the garbages were overflowing. There is NO reason for that when there is 2 people working. Well, Donna left when I got there, and Kari didn't do a damn thing. In addition to all those things, I prepped the ad and wrote out the schedule for GS for the 3rd week. Again normally I would just shrug this off, but there was 2 people! 2 people for god sakes! So at the end of my shift I told Sharon. She said she'd make a mental note, but Sharon probably will talk to them about it, she's a bitch like that. Haha!

One of my friends found out that Karen did my review. Yeah, the same Karen who I hate and hates me right back. Just fucking great! I don't get it because Maggie is my assigned GSTL. She should do my review because that's where I've been putting my energy. I swear to God... Karen may be going home in a coffin if things don't go well. I haven't even worked with Karen in a LONG time, so why is my review done by her? Aw fuck, we'll just have to see how it goes. But I am upset.

Yet another facet of Guest Service that really bugs me in so many different ways - Waiting in line. Let's go:
-When you are waiting in line, get your shit ready!!!! Get your fucking receipts out! I swear I cannot tell you how many retards stand there rolling their eyes and sighing that it's taking so long, but when they get up to GS they take forever and a day to dig their fucking receipt out.
-There is a sign that says WAIT HERE. What do you do at this sign when I'm helping someone else? WAIT THERE! Too many people come and set their shit at the computer NEXT to me, and I make them move over to me. I also hate when the next person in line stands RIGHT BEHIND the person I'm helping. I swear to god, they could be giving a colonoscopy because they are so close. Christ people back the fuck off.
-Thank god we got rid of the numbers at GS. "Are you taking numbers?" I was about ready to shoot someone when they said that. Yeah, we are taking numbers when you're the only fucking one standing there. I also hated when people always told us our numbers are off. Yeah, it's because we don't fucking use them!
-With our new "stanchion" lines, (I am not sure if that's right or even close) there is an end that says Wait here, and the other end is just the pole. Well, I fucking hate when people stand at the exit. Can you not fucking read? People are stupid.
-Or the people that stand in front on the line. Someone get me a gun.

That's it for now, and I'm sure there is more that I'll think of later.

What Did I Get Myself Into?

So, one night after I was done at GS I was talking with Renae about some things. One was that if they wanted someone to come in before opening on the day after Thanksgiving to get Target cards, that I would do it. The other was stated previously in another post. Well, yesterday Tara came up to me and asked if I was still interested. I was taken aback because I was wondering how she knew about it. Well, the head cashiers had just had a meeting and they talked about it. Oh wow. I told her I still was and that was that. So therefore I think I will be getting there early to ask people standing outside. It should be fun, but damn I'm gonna need a flashlight because it will be fucking dark around 5:30 or so in the morning. Jeez, what if no one wants one? They will be pissed at me. I told Tara I wanted to be at GS that day too because I had to fucking cashier last year.

And to toot my own horn, I think they are gonna make me a team trainer! ...finally. Anyways, I was writing the schedules for each day at GS and I noticed some people had 'training' from 6-7:30. I was curious so I asked Sharon and Maggie about it and they said it was for cashier trainers. Then Maggie went off on a tangent about how Amanda couldn't do it, and they needed to get someone else. Maggie turned to Sharon and asked her if she thought I would be a good trainer. All right in front of me, mind you. Sharon said yes, and they ran it by Rich and he OKed it so I think I'm on my way to being a trainer. Score! That will look SEXcellent (haha) on my resume. And plus, I will definitely hammer home some things that cashiers do that piss us off at GS. Maggie said I'd have to hammer home about Target credit cards. Yeah, ok can do. All I have to do is tell them to ask everyone and I'm covered. BUT, the day the training is going is when I close GS. I always close GS on Wednesdays because I'm the only one available TO close on Wednesdays. Sharon said they would find someone to cover for me during the training time so I hope they can. I'm most excited about getting the new nametag that says 'Trainer' on the bottom of it. That way I could tell guests to suck it when they doubted me. "Yeah bitch, they made me a trainer, so I must know what I'm talking about." The only bad thing about the new nametag is that it doesn't have a hole for the bullseye pin. For those of you fellow TMs, the pin is dead. They don't make anymore, so therefore I want to keep mine so all the newbies know I've been there longer than they have and they can suck it. (Haha, I sense a theme.) I thought about making a hole for it, but with what? Anyone with any ideas will score major brownie points! (COMMENT NOW WITH IDEAS!!)

So anywho, I am on cloud fucking 9 with all this good news. After 3 years, they finally believe in me. Only took them 3 years. AND, my 3 year review is in like 3 weeks, so I should be getting a raise soon too. FUCK YEAH BITCHES! I'll tell y'alls how it goes when I get it.

So yeah, no big bitches today at work, it was just really busy. SO BUSY. And so many Canadians although they weren't bad today...at GS anyway. Tomorrow is 2-close and I'm supposed to be training in Emily which is cool because we've hung out before. Funny thing is that I'm only available to 7 on Sundays, and so closing kinda pisses me off because this of all weekends is when I have the most school work to do. Always works out that way. 8 more weeks of school left and I couldn't be happier. Halfway through October. November is almost here, then December, then finals week, then 1 month vacation from school. What can I say, this semester has been rough and I'm only half way through. Oh well, at least the light of the end of the tunnel is getting brighter.

One Week Later

A lot has happened over the last week at work, and it's starting to become more and more busy each weekend. Great!

Anyways, let's do the usual round-up of guests:

One lady wanted to return her mostly eaten birthday cake because it didn't have raspberry filling. Boo hoo! She was a fucking twat about it too. Ok, so you didn't get raspberry filling, but I definitely don't think she deserved a full refund. If I were her, I would've brought it up to the store's attention and at least expected a discount, but I would only take a full refund if they offered it. So basically she got a free birthday cake. Oh well, our policy says we can return food no matter what. It just pisses me off when we get people that return food JUST because they didn't like the way it tasted. And that's Target's problem? Taste is YOUR OWN personal opinion and usually there is nothing wrong with the food item itself. It's fucked up. I would never be so bold/stupid to return a bottle of fucking salad dressing just because I didn't like the taste. I'd throw it away and make a mental note.

When I was cashiering on Sunday (yeah it sucked), there was this Canadian woman with a full cart of groceries. Ask any cashier at my store, Canadians are the worst! So anyway, she unloads the cart and says she wants separate transactions. Separate transactions piss me off unless it's 2 or 3. The nutjob asked me a price on an item, I told her, and then she wanted it on a separate transaction. I ended up doing around 25 transactions for this bitch. I don't understand, she paid cash for every single fucking transaction. But they are only allowed so much over the border within a certain time period and then they have to pay duty, so they get separate transactions to cheat their government out of money. I was on the least busy lane and yet there was a line for my lane because of her. By the 10th transaction I was getting so god damn pissy especially when she kept saying, "Ok now ring those three up. These are for my mom." I really don't fucking care! I also hate when they come up to GS and ask for their receipt to be split. AKA separate transactions. Catch me in a bad mood and I'll tell them we don't do it. Technically we can, we would just have to return everything on their receipt and buy it back which is a lot of fucking work. Besides it's a Canadian, why should we? They suck! haha

Then there was this one guy who I swear ate paintchips. This happened when I worked Friday, and apparently he was in on Thursday and this is what happened, supposedly, then:
He returns a defective phone, and wants to get a different phone. The GSTM (Guest Service Team Member for you rookies) returned it and gave him a giftcard because his check didn't clear yet. So he took the giftcard, and bought another phone using the giftcard.
Friday=me working:
Guy comes in with the newer phone and says it's defective. So I do the return and the system tells me to refund it as ~$120 on the giftcard and ~$40 on his Visa. He freaks out saying he paid by check and that he wants his cash back. I told him that this phone was paid for with a giftcard and a credit card and that is all we could do. We refund back the way it was purchased. I also told him that when he decided to take the giftcard, that was it, the transaction was over, and we couldn't go back and get cash back for his check. He justed started saying that he was going to stop payment on his check and blah blah blah. I told him he really couldn't stop payment because it was paid for. It is stealing plain and simple. Well, he wouldn't go away so I called a manager and he backed me up. He also said that he could stop payment on his check but someone would go after him (like a collection agency) to get that money regardless if he left both the phone and the giftcard there. For whatever reason the manager told him to come back in 10 days (usual wait time for a check to clear) and then see if there is anything we can do for him. I knew right then there is nothing more we can do.
Just think about it, it had already gone through 3 transactions that we can't undo. 1 to return it, one to buy the new phone, and 1 to return the new phone. Once the giftcard is issued, it's not tied to the check anymore. It is it's own thing now. Once you use the giftcard, it's a different tender. Thank God I don't work on the day he's coming back in, but I work the day before. Hopefully he doesn't get antsy and come in early. (Crossing my fingers)

That wraps it up guestwise, but I also did some other things. I trained Marie Friday night in GS. Great, yet another person to take my hours up there. Oh well, I explained pretty much every situation at GS, but it would have been a HELL of a lot easier if we could have put one of the registers in training mode. Marie listened well, but obviously needs more practice. I also talked with Renae at he end of the night saying when they do decide to mass train at GS that it should be done on Sunday morning before the store opens. (We open at 12 on Sundays because of state laws. That's a dead giveaway where I am!) We could put all registers in training mode and have people come in at 9am or so and we could run through everything. I told Renae I'd be happy to do it. I also asked if I could come in early on the day after Thanksgiving so I could go outside and have people that are waiting apply for Target cards. Anything to boost my numbers!

My friend and I got into an all out rant about Target. Today's topic was paging. Our shit list:
-Guests that just walk right up to you while your helping someone and ask for a page. Dur! I'm helping someone retard! Unless you're giving out $1 million just to page, wait your turn!
EX) I seriously had one (Canadian, go figure) woman who walked right up and interrupted asking for a page. If it's an emergency then ok I will, but this wasn't. I told her I'd be right with her and she sighed and rolled her eyes. When I was finishing the transaction for the first guest I told her to have a nice day. The canuck rolled her eyes again. So I finally do the page for her. I should have kicked her lack of brains out.

-People that give just a first name. "Uh, can you page John?" Ok retard, there are probably a few Johns in the fucking store, can you be a little more specific!?
EX) There was this one lady (again a canuck) who wanted me to page her friend Peggy or whatever her name was. I asked what her last name was and the lady wouldn't tell me because she didn't want everyone in the store to know her last name. No one fucking knows you here! She told me to just page Peggy from Winnipeg. Stupidly I did it, but I won't do it again.

-Guests that want a person paged to a certain area.
EX) When I do pages, I say, "Attention Target guests, would ---- come to Guest Service, ------ to Guest Service, thank you." I don't alter that. AT ALL. So I usually have a few people who want the person paged to the front of the store... that's a big area genius! I only page to Guest Service and if you're friend/relative is too stupid to figure it out, that's not my problem!

-We don't do specialty pages.
EX) Nothing deviates from what I usually say. No, I'm not going to announce over the whole store that Barb, your husband is waiting for you in the car. I'll page her up to GS and then tell her. Or better yet, go tell her yourself.

-Multiple person pages.
EX) I hate doing them. I write down the names so I don't forget them. I actually had one woman tell me that the was an 'e' at the end when I wrote down Ann. DOES IT REALLY FUCKING MATTER WITH A PAGE!? I should have said, "Attention Target guests, would Ann with an E please come to GS." No because it doesn't fucking matter!

I'm sure I'll pick another facet of GS to bitch about in a later post otherwise I'd be here for weeks! I work tonight 4:30-close GS, so hopefully I'll fill my tank with more stupid idiots.

Nothing scares me, I work retail.

150th Post!

Wow! 150 posts. That's a lot for me. Damn.

Let's keep it going:

Deb came in from 5-9 on Saturday night so that helped some because it was busy. She hasn't been in GS for over a year, so I had to refresh her memory and tell her about things that have changed. It's kinda hard doing that because I'm so familiar with the current way of doing things and a lot has changed. Well, I still ended up finishing all of the Guest Service shit at 11pm, but I was kinda poking around because I didn't want to help the floor. I also did some stuff that technically didn't need to be done. What I did was clean the adboards in the front of the store because push pins were all up in them and there was dead bugs all over. So now I put all the push pins in the container, and just swept the bugs onto the floor for the cleaning crew to get. haha. We didn't end up leaving until 11:45pm because the store was a mess. And because Nancy and Kim were working. They don't do shit...ever. Nancy still had 3 carts of returns at 11:15 and wasn't even close to done zoning. And she's a fucking team lead that has been with Target for 25 years! Honestly, she should be the first one done. But, no she farms out all of her work onto the closers because she's too fucking lazy to do her job. It's total bullshit. And Kim needs to worry about herself. When she come up to GS she bitches when something doesn't belong in her cart. THEN PUT IT IN THE RIGHT CART! I'm not the only fucking person that puts shit away! I'm getting so fucking sick of her. I can understand if the item is continuously put in your cat, but when it happens once, let it fucking go. There is no need to freak out over little things.

We finally got our queue line at GS, but I don't know if I already told you. Oh well, you'll hear it again. Rich, the ETL-GS, lost the fucking sign that says "Line forms here." He then tried to blame it on GS, but I told him I never saw it at GS. Anywho, its only a line with one end that should have the sign and the other doesn't. Well because we don't have a sign, it's just a clear sign holder. But, stupid guests still formed 2 lines at each end of the line. So it was that much more difficult determining who was next. They better have that sign tonight, but probably not.

Sunday wasn't bad, but I had to work with Bridget. She is the most annoying person I know. Holy fucking god, her voice can cut tomatoes. I just wanted to tell her to shut the fuck up.

There was this one bitch though. She storms up to GS with an ad. Right away I knew this would suck. She pointed to the ad and said, "I want this, but there aren't any on the shelf. Why do you advertise anything when it's not in stock? I drove over an hour to come here! Do you know how much gas is these days!? This pisses me off!" I was just in shell-shock and couldn't say anything during her rant. So I was going to try to see if we had the item in the backroom, but the item she wanted was actually 2. So I said, "Which one do you want and..." She interrupted me, "What do you mean which one? It's not one item! That pisses me off even more!" Before I could say anything she stormed off. The thing is it just isn't OUR store's ad, it's every Target store's ad. So we can't cut that picture out of the ad if we don't have it. There are a lot of reasons why something may not be in stock, but it's out of the store's hands. All of our ordering is done through a computer by checking inventory levels. It doesn't involve anyone at the store level. Also, Target doesn't make the gas prices. Everyone had to pay for gas in order to come into the store, so bitching about it isn't getting you anywhere. You have a telephone, you could have called the store BEFORE you left to see if we had any and hold one for you. Some people.

Also, I absolutely HATE that DHL commercial where it asks 'whatever happened to customer service?' and it shows employees being rude to customers. Fuck that! Sure there are some "rude" employees, but it is because of CUSTOMERS that employees act this way. Shit, should I make a commercial that asks 'Whatever happened to good behavior, common sense, respect, etc.?' and show situations I've been in? This just adds fuel to the fire that employees are the bad guys and that customers are angels in everyway. That makes people treat employees like shit when they don't get their way because they assume we should bend over and take it in the ass just because *they* are shopping at our store. It's bullshit. Don't disrespect me because I will disrespect you right back. Employees are people too, and they shouldn't be treated as anything less.

Well, I'm sure to come across even more fun tonight at work. 4:30-close by myself as usual.

Been A While

Yeah, I haven't updated this in a while, but let's back into it.

The past few shifts have been funny. More about that later. Yesterday I cashiered for once and it wasn't that bad. I was a breaker, so that was good. It's always nice to talk to people you rarely get to when you're constantly at GS. Yesterday was not that busy, but it had spurts of people. Not as many Canadians as I thought, although they were still here.

Jared had a bitchy ass woman who argued with everything he said. And at the end of the transaction, she said, "Aren't you going to put my stuff in the cart!?" I would have said, "Not when you're being a total bitch. Have a nice day!"

Ok, here's a list of what I have had to deal with:

-This woman had a bunch of stuff on one receipt and another item on another receipt. So I did the return for the bunch of items. At the end I told her, "Ok, so you'll get $--.-- back for these items." She barked, "What about this item, don't forget about this one!" That's when I got fed up and pretty much yelled back and told her I need to do each one separately. I do explain it politely to guests, but this woman was just being rude.

-I also had this woman who brought in a pair of earrings and her receipt. No packaging or anything for the earrings, so they really could have been from anywhere. So I tell her she needs to bring the earrings over to Jewelry so they can verify that they are the ones on the receipt. Well, she throws a fit, and storms over to Jewelry. The jewelry TM verified them, and sent her back over. Well, I was busy helping another guest, so she went to the other GSTM. That's when the woman's friends came up and asked her what was taking so long. It had only been a minute or two. Well, the woman went off about how I wouldn't do the return, and that the earrings needed to be 'verified' in the most sarcastic tone ever. She also said the jewelry TM asked her why I sent her over to Jewelry. So she basically made it seem like I was being rude, and I didn't know what I was doing. I was standing 2 feet away from the GSTM and here she was talking about me like I wasn't there. I decided not to jump in and say anything because things would've gotten ugly. The other GSTM finished the return and she was on her way. I know the jewelry TM wouldn't have asked why I sent her over there because she used to work in GSA. Also, why would you walk into a store with just the earrings and receipt, and expect me to just give you your money back? They could have been earrings from ANYWHERE! I was so close to cracking a bat over her face.

-I had a guest who would not get off her cellphone. She comes up to Guest Service, and says one has a receipt and one doesn't. Well, I do the return for the one with a receipt first. Then her phone rings. She of course answers it and has this all out conversation with the person. I try to get her attention so I can tell her the no-receipt exchange policy. As soon as I start talking, she gives me this bitchy 'I'm on the phone' look. At this point I walked away from her and helped other guests. Well, another guest wanted to sign up for a RedCard so I was helping them with that, and the woman finished her phone call, and stood next to her stuff and started getting fidgety hinting that's she's ready. She was just gonna have to wait. Honestly, if you want to return something (or interact with another person in general), GET OFF YOUR CELL PHONE! It is very rude. Otherwise, take your stuff and go elsewhere until you finish your call. My new rule is that if you're on a cell phone, you're gonna get skipped.

-This woman comes up to GS with 2 wicker basket things. She has a receipt, but it's not the right one. She paid by cash, so no go on receipt lookup. Each basket was 11.99 so I explained the no receipt exchange policy, and she flipped. She was basically whining about having to get 2 items from Housewares, she wanted to get one. I told her she couldn't do this, and then asked for the manager. I call the LOD a few times, no one even answered so I called up the GSTL. She backed me up word for word, and that's when the lady really got mad. She started rambling about how she could return the items anywhere else, how she wouldn't shop at Target anymore, and this is how we lose customers. I had to stop myself from almost laughing. I think its funny when people make complete fools of themselves.

-We also had this one woman sign up for a Target Visa. Well, it was a mail response and it was explained to her that she didn't get 10% off that day. Of course she threw a fit saying she should've been approved and blah blah blah. Well, she went shopping and when she got up to the lanes, she told the cashier that she was supposed to get 10% off her total. The cashier called the GSTL and the GSTL told her again that she didn't get 10% off. Well, this lady walks over to me at GS and says so and so told her to come over to GS to get her 10% off. I figured that maybe someone was going to allow it. (I know now I will definitely check with the GSTL.) Well, the GSTL came over for a backup and heard what she said. The GSTL basically freaked on her saying it was a mail response and she wouldn't get 10% off. She walked away mad of course. Some people...

When I closed on Wednesday it was pretty much spotless at Guest Service. It was the end of the night and I was bored so I decided to fill the Club Wedd packets. Sharon walks by and I said, "I think I'm the only person that does this." And she said, "Yeah, I think you are too." At least someone knows I do almost everything up at Guest Service. It better show in my raise that they write THIS MONTH! WooHoo! It's almost here! Scary thing being at Target for 3 years... at least I get a "prize" this time. Sad thing is the prizes suck. Haha!

Well, I was told by one of my Target friends that Michelle called in sick today. Yeah. She was supposed to work 2-9 in Guest Service with me, but now I'll be by myself from 5-close on a FUCKING SATURDAY! So that means I'll have to wait to do binders, kiosks, and adboards until AFTER we close. I had to do it once and I wasn't done with my GS shit until 11...and we closed at 10. That night sucked. And I even had Sara with me that night until 9. Tonight is only gonna be worse. They better take back defectives before the last person leaves at 5 or I will be royally pissed. I've already decided that I'm going to leave after I'm done with my GSA shit if they don't find someone to cover Michelle's shift. She better be sick because if she's just blowing work off I will be pissed. Now they'll have to find someone to cover my break and lunch, and that could be difficult.

Well, today is off to a great start, and it'll only get better with rude-ass Canadians. Well, I'm not taking ANY shit today. No way. Today is not the day to bitch to me. I'm sure it will be a total blast.
